Clearview may engage licensed, qualified, and professionally vetted subcontractors to support specific aspects of a project when necessary. This approach allows us to maintain efficiency, ensure specialized expertise, and deliver high-quality results while upholding industry and safety standards.
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and understand that portions of the work may be performed by subcontractors. All subcontractors engaged by Clearview are required to maintain active insurance coverage, comply with industry regulations, and follow established jobsite safety protocols. While Clearview provides overall project oversight and coordination, we do not assume responsibility for subcontractor errors, omissions, or actions that fall outside the scope of the signed project agreement.
For safety reasons, jobsite access may be temporarily limited or restricted during hazardous work phases. These precautions help protect clients, workers, and property from potential risks associated with construction environments or specialized equipment.
Clients agree to follow all safety instructions, access limitations, and on-site directives provided by Clearview or authorized subcontractors. These measures ensure a safe and efficient working environment and help prevent avoidable accidents or delays.
